Assistant Pastor
Deonta Scott

Pastor Deonta’ Scott and his wife, Faith, have served in the Christian Fellowship Ministries since 2008. One of the first couples launched from Spring Lake into the harvest field, they are proud to say that Victory Chapel is the place where they were saved and discipled. Along with their four children, they faithfully pioneered in Hope Mills and Fayetteville for five years, where they saw many souls saved and lives changed. In 2019, they returned home to assume the assistant pastorate of Victory Chapel of Spring Lake.

Pastor Scott and Faith have been married for over 13 years by the grace of God, and consider it a privilege to be able to serve alongside one another in the FrontLine Youth Ministry, and in the local church body.

Children’s Church Leader
Alvin Lumpkin

Alvin Lumpkin and his wife, Pam, have served at Victory Chapel since 2001.  Nine years after making Jesus Christ the center of their lives, they felt the call to children's ministry.  Using the foundational scripture, "Train a child up in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it."  (Proverbs 22:6) Alvin and Pam began to develop a children's ministry that focused on knowing the Bible and using God’s truth to spread the Gospel to the world.  Through evangelism events, Bible verse challenges, and Easter and Christmas Plays, the children at Victory Chapel have learned to obey the Lord and find joy in Jesus Christ's great commission, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature."

Outreach Director
Jeramy Rushmore

Jeramy and his wife, Ashley, have served at Victory Chapel faithfully since giving their lives to Christ in 2018. Jeramy previously served in the Army as an infantry soldier. Jeramy and Ashley’s story is a true testimony to the words, “If any man be in Christ, he is a new creation: old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.” Together, with their four children, they set an example by leading the outreach ministry with the goal of winning men and women to Christ.
